Check In Details: Check In time is 4pm on day of arrival and Check Out time is 10am on day of departure.
Electric Vehicle Charging: There are 3 EV Charging Points for guests to use. This must be selected as a Chargeable Extra after you have made your booking - Please Note, this is non-refundable. Due to insurance restrictions, guests will not be able to use outdoor plugs or cables from the house to charge vehicles. Please see Electric Vehicle Charging and Holiday Accommodation for important information.
Parking: Once you have driven into the Courtyard and dropped off your belongings, you can either park there or drive out through the oak entrance gates and around the other side of the long hamstone wall you will see the sign for ‘Croftview Parking’ below. There is parking for several vehicles.
Gardens: There are secure gardens to the rear of the property with a large patio and outdoor seating. Within the gardens is an Orchard where the Croftview chickens live.
Underground Hobbit House: There is a firepit inside the Hobbit House for all year round use with wood supplied. NB.This is not suitable for cooking on. There is a System Line Audio system that you can connect to your device through Bluetooth.
BBQ: 6 Burner Gas BBQ can be used from Easter until the end of October. Gas is provided.
Dogs: 2 dogs are welcome (small charge for each pet). Please ensure you have read our Dog Rules before planning to bring your pet.
Music: Hamilton Sound System available for use through the Croftview IPad or by connecting to your device through the Hamilton App.
Please Note, as per our Terms & Conditions, no additional amplification equipment can be brought to the property.
Music playing is allowed until 11pm. When possible, please keep the doors and windows closed in order to keep the noise level within the property. Please respect all the neighbours who live nearby to Croftview.
Wifi: Fast Broadband
TVs: Smart TVs in all bedrooms and in the Spa Hall. The Living Room area and Games Room have TVs with a full SKY TV Package. The TV in the Spa Hall can connect to the SKY Channel playing in the Games Room.
Pub: The closest Pub is called The Lord Poulett Arms which is located in the village of Hinton St George. A short walk (35 mins) through the Estate will take you from Croftview to the pub.

Features: Private Spa Hall with Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, Games Room with Pool Table and Air Hockey. Childrens Outdoor Play Equipment and Table Tennis, rustic Underground Hobbit House.
Rooms: 13 En Suite Bedrooms, large Open Plan Living Space, (Kitchen/Dining Room/Living Room), Utility Room, Games Room, Private Spa Hall, 2 Kitchenettes on the second floor, 2 Cloakrooms.
Guests: Croftview sleeps 26 guests in 13 bedrooms. There is room for 4 more guests at an extra charge per person; whilst there is a choice of extra beds, you can only use 4 of them - but it gives you several options and works well for families. For more details, please see the Floor Plans. Extra beds can be selected after you have made your booking.
Bedroom Configurations: All rooms except for Bedroom 10 (Barn Owl) have zip and link beds that can be arranged as Super Kings or Twins. Bedroom 10 has a Super King Bed.
Cots: 2 Travel Cots available on request. These measure 1m x 58cms and are for infants age 2 years and under.
Highchairs: 2 available on request.
Bed Linen and Towels: Duvets and Pillows (synthetic), Bed Linen, Cot Mattress Sheets, Bath Robes, Slippers and all Towels (including Spa Towels) are provided.
Kitchen/Utility: 5 x slide and hide integrated cookers with 5 ovens, combi oven, 3 warming drawers, 5 ring induction hob, 3 x dishwashers, US style fridge/freezer, wine cooler, boiling water tap, extra larder fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. Top Floor Kitchens have undercounter fridges and dishwashers.
Coffee Machine: Nespresso Creatista Coffee Machine - 50 pods supplied, including some decaffeinated.
Woodburner: There is a woodburner in the open plan Living Space. Kindling and logs are provided all year round.
Indoor Swimming Pool: The pool is located in the attached Spa Hall the the property and is heated to 28-30 Degrees. It measures 10m x 5m with a constant depth of 1.2m. There are steps and handrails in the corner of the pool.
Guests are welcome to bring their own inflatables, BUT PLEASE NOTE, these must not contain any glitter.
Sauna: The Sauna is in the Spa Hall and seats 8 people.
Hot Tub: The Hot Tub is in the Spa Hall and seats 8 people. It has hand rails to aid access.
Essentials: Enough crockery and cutlery for a dinner party up to a maximum of 30 people is provided including, glasses (wine glasses, champagne flutes, gin bowls, highballs, tumblers, pint glasses, shot glasses, plastic wine glasses and tumblers for outdoor and Spa Hall use), navy blue cotton napkins and brass napkin rings.
Initial Supplies* of the following: at least 2 toilet rolls per toilet, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dishcloth, scouring sponge, oven gloves, kitchen roll, tin foil, clingfilm, bin bags, 2-in-1washing machine pods, hand soap.
Welcome Packs of Bramley Toiletries comprising: shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, shower caps, child-friendly hair and body wash for infants are provided as well as hairdryers in all rooms.
* These items are not necessarily provided for the whole of your stay - you may need to buy more.
Food Deliveries: Dart Fresh, Asda, Sainsburys, Tesco, Morrisons, Waitrose and COOK will deliver to Croftview. Please arrange for deliveries after your 4pm arrival. We recommend that you put your name and mobile number on the delivery information please.
NOTE: Due to planning restrictions, Croftview is unable to accept neither Hen or Stag Parties.
NO Smoking is allowed within the property.
NO Fireworks, Sky Lanterns or Drones are allowed.
NO Loud noise after 11pm in order to respect the nearby neighbours.
